Hormone Health Advisory Coaching
Your hormone-health team — alongside your doctor.
You already have a physician or APRN for diagnosis, prescribing, and treatment decisions. Our advisory team works alongside that relationship — helping you understand your health story, prepare for appointments, and know what to ask. We’re not becoming your treating medical provider. We become your hormone-health advisory team.
Working Alongside Your Provider
What our advisory team provides.
You already have a physician or APRN for diagnosis, prescribing, and treatment decisions. Here’s exactly how we fit alongside that relationship.
What We Help With
-
Understanding your health story
-
Connecting symptoms, labs, lifestyle, hormones, metabolic health, thyroid, sleep, and stress
-
Identifying what may deserve further medical investigation
-
Preparing for appointments with your treating provider
-
Understanding the questions you should be asking
-
Following changes over time
-
Implementing and supporting the plan your medical provider has established
-
Facilitating provider-to-provider collaboration when appropriate
What We Are Not
-
We do not diagnose
-
We do not prescribe
-
We do not initiate hormone therapy
-
We do not change medication doses
-
We do not tell you to stop prescribed medication
-
We do not replace your physician or APRN
-
We do not present coaching interpretation as a medical diagnosis
Your Advisory Journey
Five steps, at your pace.
STEP 1
Start With the Initial Session
A comprehensive review of your history, labs, and lifestyle, ending with your personalized Hormone Health Advisory Roadmap.
STEP 2
Choose Your Support Path
Move into 6-Month Advisory Support for a defined stretch, or 12-Month Longitudinal Support for a full year of continuity.
STEP 3
Prepare & Advocate
Use your sessions and written inquiries when they matter most — new labs, upcoming appointments, treatment changes, or a new concern.
STEP 4
Track Over Time
Especially across 12 months, watch how your symptoms, labs, and your provider’s plan evolve — without starting the story over.
STEP 5
Collaborate When Needed
Request a medical-to-medical consultation between your provider and Maureen when direct provider collaboration will help.
Three Ways to Work With Us
Start where it makes sense, then choose your pace.
Every advisory relationship begins with the Initial Advisory Session. From there, choose the length of ongoing support that fits your situation.
Entry Point
Initial Advisory Session
A comprehensive first review — the starting point for every advisory client.
-
1 session — history, symptoms, labs, current medications & hormone therapy reviewed
-
Identification of patterns and missing information
-
Questions to bring back to your treating provider
-
A written Hormone Health Advisory Roadmap to keep
6 Months
Advisory Support
“Help me work through what’s happening right now.” Focused support for a defined stretch.
-
3 private coaching/advisory sessions, used when they matter most
-
3 substantive written coaching inquiries
-
Sessions timed around new labs, appointments & treatment changes — not a rigid schedule
12 Months
Longitudinal Support
“I want someone who knows my case and stays involved as things evolve.” A full year of continuity.
-
6 private coaching/advisory sessions total — the same 3 as Advisory Support, plus 3 more
-
6 written coaching inquiries total
-
Sessions & inquiries distributed across the year, so we’re there for what happens 6 or 9 months from now, too
Support When It Matters Most
Sessions aren’t on a rigid schedule. They’re used when most valuable — new labs, before or after a medical appointment, a treatment change, a symptom change, or a new concern. Written inquiries are substantive, individualized coaching questions, not unlimited messaging.
Additional Support, As You Need It
A few ways to add extra help along the way.
Additional Coaching Session
Need to talk something through sooner than your next scheduled check-in? Add a session anytime.
Additional Written Inquiry
Have a question outside your included inquiries? Add one whenever it comes up.
Medical-to-Medical Consultation
Your coach can arrange a direct conversation between Maureen McSwiggin, APRN, and your treating provider — fully prepared with your history, labs, medications, and the key clinical questions the call is meant to answer. Preparation is included within an active advisory program; the provider-to-provider conversation itself is billed separately.
Advisory Coaching Is Educational and Advocacy-Based
Your advisory team doesn’t diagnose, prescribe, initiate or change hormone therapy, or tell you to stop a prescribed medication — every treatment decision stays between you and your treating provider.
“We don’t replace your medical provider — we give you a hormone-health professional who knows your story, helps you connect the dots, prepares you to have better conversations with your healthcare team, and stays involved as your health evolves.”
One Team. Your Whole Story. A Clearer Path Forward.

Hormone Health Advisory Coaching is educational and advocacy-focused. It does not replace personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your physician or other qualified provider, and your advisory team does not prescribe medication.
