  • Meal Planning: Plan your meals and snacks for the week.

  • Whole Foods: Continue to focus on whole, unprocessed foods.

Food Journal:

  •  Plan and review your meals and snacks.

Prompt:

  • “What strategies have you found helpful for meal planning? How can you improve your planning for next week?”

Exercise:

  • Walking: Walk for 30 minutes five times a week.

  • Core Strengthening: Include a core strengthening workout (planks, leg raises).

Mindfulness:

  • Mindful Walking: Practice mindful walking. During your walk, focus on your breath and surroundings. Notice the sights, sounds, and sensations as you move.
