During your 50-minute consultation, our clinical team will review your health history, symptoms, and available laboratory results and walk you through a personalized plan based on your individual needs and goals.

Depending on your clinical needs, your plan may include recommendations related to:

• Hormone optimization

• Targeted supplementation

• Peptide therapy, when appropriate

• Nutrition and lifestyle strategies

• Additional evaluation or laboratory testing

• Ongoing hormone health support

What Happens Next?

There is no obligation to enroll in a program or become a medical client after your consultation.

If you decide you would like Vitality Collective to manage your hormone care, we can discuss our medical hormone health programs and next steps.

If medical management is not the right fit for you, we also offer hormone health coaching options for individuals who would like continued education, guidance, and support.

Or, you may simply take the information you learned during your consultation with you. There are no strings attached.

Please Note About Laboratory Testing

The raffle prize includes the $449 Initial Consultation but does not include the cost of laboratory testing.

You may choose to use your health insurance for laboratory testing; your individual cost will depend on your insurance coverage and benefits.

We can also provide a cash-pay laboratory option through Quest Diagnostics for those who prefer not to use insurance.

How the Raffle Works

We will randomly select one winner from eligible Vitality Collective event raffle entries received during October 2026.

Every raffle participant will be offered a complimentary Hormone Health Discovery Call.
