    For clients who prefer à la carte visits but still want to maintain their relationship with Vitality Collective as their Hormone Health Provider, and need to meet medical monitoring requirements.

  • Pay As You Go - Costs & Structure:

    Nurse Visit + Lab Review → $229 each (Min 1 required per year)

    Annual APRN Visit + Lab Review → $349 (1 required per year)

    Quarterly check-ins → $99 per 30-minute session

    Concierge messaging → Not included 

    No member savings on supplements, peptides, IVs, sauna, or coaching services

    Key Limitation:

    While you still meet all clinical requirements, there are no discounts or concierge benefits, and each interaction is billed separately at the full rate.
